Ishbel

Finished my Ishbel. Made size large, but I left out one repeat of section A before section C (because I forgot and realized too late). There’s also an error along the spine increases where somehow I have an extra hole.
But I was too lazy to tink back and had no lifelines in place. Apart from those 2 errors, I really like it, the Malabrigo Lace is simply divine. Now I want to make another (error-free) one. Or cast on for Damson? Or….

Appe Cider Mittens

The Interweave Crochet Fall Preview is up. For the first time, I have not a garment, but an accessory in it, the Apple Cider Mittens.
Here’s a picture I took before sending them off:

Roo

Roo is done, details on my Ravelry Page and more pictures on Flickr.

Kerchief Bibs

I edited my Kerchief Bib pattern that was, so far, only available on my old blog in a very “so here’s what I did” kind of way. Now I’ve made it into a real pattern pdf on Ravelry, kind of as a learning experience for writing knitting patterns. Here’s the link to download the free pdf on Ravelry:

I also made up another 3 bibs for the occasion.

German and French versions are coming soon, too.

Baby Pants

Baby L somehow has loads of tops, but hardly any pants. So I sewed those from an Ottobre pattern. It took me some time to understand the instructions, but that’s only due to my lack of experience. Tracing the pattern was quite a challenge as they put so many of them on one sheet.

Good luck finding your pattern on here.

Front & Back

Pattern: Ottobre Kids fashion spring 1/2009, no 2 “Nunnu”
Fabric: I recycled a pair of maternity pants and an old T-shirt for the middle part
Size: 56 (1 month)
They actually fit really well over the diaper. Maybe I’ll manage to get a modelled pic one of these days.

:)

It works :)
